The core of your ICF programme lasts approximately 6 – 9 months.
Once enrolled:
Stage 1:
- You will be invited to a Support Live Session where you will learn where everything is in the portal and what to focus on in Stage 1 – these run weekly – one morning and one evening session.
- You will attend a live planning and organising webinar after your support session
- Then 6 Coaching sessions live in any order – all trainer led. Sessions times are 11am, 6pm, 7pm & 8pm AEST Rotating every 3 days to ensure you find a time slot to suit.
- 4 Coaching Demos – 2 live and 2 recorded
- Allocated Coaching notes to be read as you attend the different topics
- All sessions have a reflective report to be done afterwards and a webinar report to record all sessions as a log
- This is all submitted as your assessment for Stage 1.
Stage 2:
Practical Group Triads: these are formed based on your preferred days and times you are available.
Nominated times and days by you.
12 hours as Coach/ 12 hours as Client & 12 hours are Observer – Once a Week
All triads have a reflective report and log

Done through a portal with webinars, questions and performance tasks
Morning & Evening Webinars available and assessments done through portal
Pro Bono Client Coaching – 2 clients x 5 sessions each recorded. You need to find the clients are post a request on our private platforms.
Sessions sent to mentor and clients provide testimonials for assessment

- It is a flexible course, so you are able to make the sessions suit you, but it has a structure to follow step by step to stay on track.
- All course materials are in this student portal and can be downloaded and printed or students have an option to order the materials in hard copy at $300 and shipped to you.

- The Student Mentoring & Support Session is an integral component of the ICF formal training and its presentation is of the highest quality within an exceptional learning environment. Your enrolment on the ICF programme includes all electronic course materials so you will have no extra financial outlay – you can just concentrate on you!
- You are guided through the ICF accredited online coach training programme, including a series of seminars, workshops and led by some of Australia’s leading, practising coaches. After your Student Mentoring & Support Sessions you are appointed your own Mentor coach who will guide you through your practical component of the program and give you practical, helpful, and experience-based feedback on your coaching skills as well assist you in establishing your coaching business.
- In addition, you will attend Online training webinars in the Coaching, NLP and Business development areas whilst completing practical coaching sessions with your coaching team.
- You will complete assessments that are practical outcome driven activities and include a book critique and knowledge questionnaire.
- To ensure you are exceptionally well prepared for your new direction you will undergo intensive training in the establishing, marketing and planning of your coaching business.
- Your program is completed with an Exit Interview which is a coaching session with one of the Academy’s senior coaches. All aspects of the training you have undertaken will be examined at this stage. You will be prepared for this with the help of you mentor.
