The core of your program (Cert IV in Life Coaching) lasts approximately 7 -12 months.
During this time you will benefit from some of the finest life coach training available via Live Zoom sessions, Downloadable webinars, practical group coaching, pro bono coaching all supported and guided by a Student Support person as well as a Mentor in practical coaching.
You will learn how to apply NLP in a coaching context and follow that with Advanced NLP via webinars, practical group coaching and a book critque.
You will complete a Professional development unit as well as 3 essential Business units specific to your future Coaching business.
Knowledge Based Leadership Coaching workshop course.
Finished off with your Diploma of Coaching giving you additional advanced skills as a Coach.

After the Support & Mentoring Sessions your journey begins with the 10864NAT Certificate IV in Life Coaching. You are appointed your own Student Support person who will guide you through your program and a Mentor to give you practical, helpful, and experience-based feedback on your coaching skills and development. In addition you will attend online training webinars whilst completing practical coaching sessions with your coaching team.
You will complete assessments that are practical outcome driven activities and include a research project, book critique and knowledge questionnaire.
To ensure you are exceptionally well prepared for your new direction you will undergo intensive training in the establishing, marketing and planning of your coaching business.
The next step of the program is the completion of the NLP Coach Practitioner Certificate where you will attend a NLP Coach Webinars, and practical group work covering two Nationally Recognised NLP units.
The final component of the Diploma Master Coach Program consists of 5 advanced coaching units which are geared to transform you into a multi skilled coach whereby you are able to coach individuals and groups within the realms of Life Coaching and Workplace Coaching.
Your program is completed with an Exit Interview which is a coaching session with one of the Academy’s senior coaches. All aspects of the training you have undertaken will be examined at this stage.
