Where am I?

When you’re feeling overwhelmed, it can often be difficult to figure out why. It can also feel impossible to work out the root causes.

It can be exhausting. The feeling of overwhelm is draining, sapping your energy and making it hard to find a way out.

Modern life has many facets, all of which impact and interact with each other. It can be hard to identify how to even start making improvements.

You could feel as if you’ve lost focus at work, but it might not be your job that’s the problem. It could be that you’re being distracted by something in your family dynamic which you’re trying not to think about.

Sometimes the issues can be so deep seated that you don’t even recognise them as issues.

You think ‘That’s just the way life is’. It doesn’t need to be,

Life is what you make it.

What do I want?

The purpose of coaching is to guide you on a journey of self discovery and to give you the support to help you move forward.

When you look for a coach, make sure you choose someone with whom your values align. You will normally just get a ‘feeling’ about the right person.

A trusting partnership.

You must feel comfortable opening up and talking to your coach. It’s about being honest with how you truly feel; what’s working, what isn’t, and what you need. The coaching journey will help you find the courage and strength to achieve this.

As your Coach, I listen to you and empower you to find your own answers. Coaching should generate a sense of curiosity and discovery. This will encourage you to explore different aspects of your life that you may not have considered.

Being honest with yourself and being prepared to explore all possibilities is the key to success.

Take control.

How do I get there?

The fact that you’re here is a good start. A free discovery call will help me to understand where you are now and where do you want to be!

Should we choose to work together on your coaching journey, we’d tailor a program to suit your needs that will help you achieve your career and or life aspirations.

The coaching journey can be over a couple of sessions or ongoing. It’s as long as you need to feel you’re progressing and achieving your goals,

Consider the following:

  • What’s my purpose?
  • What and who is important to me?
  • Are there changes I feel compelled to make?
  • What does success look like to me?
  • What makes me happy?

My ambition is to help you establish your goals and formulate an action plan for progression and growth.

Live your best life!
